Perhaps, however, in two and a half years Sasuke was able to gain enough power to easily stop Naruto, Sakura, Sai, and Yamato single-handedly. He also was able to fight on par and even have an advantage over Itachi, despite Itachi also having grown. True he was taught by a Sannin but so were Naruto and Sakura and even together they couldn't even hope to stand up to Sasuke

naruto didnt go demon fox and maybe they underestimated him? plus sharingan. no i do not think they are getting too powerful. with narutos new jutsu he'll be able to thrash sasuke. PLUS level four demon fox
